Yesterday , Apple announced the successor of iPhone 4 , "iPhone 4S" , everyone is expecting iPhone 5 with many "extra-ordinary" features but everyone is disappointed with iPhone 4S because Apple is famous for its "Innovative" features and after 14 months of waiting, there is nothing new in this iPhone 4S release.
I already successfully predicts the features of this iPhone release in my previous post (iPhone 5 : Latest updates about most awaiting phone, specifications, release) . So, the specifications of Apple iPhone 4S are :
The new iPhone has powerful A5 chip, which powers the iPad 2. There is a dual-core Cortex A9 processor which is 2 times powerful than its predecessor. The PowerVR SGX543MP GPU is up to 7x times powerful than its predecessor GPU find inside the A4 chip.
Apple also improved the battery life of the iPhone 4S. Apple quotes up to 8 hours of talk time on 3G, 14 hours on 2G. The battery will last for 6 hours while browsing on 3G, which increases to 9 hours on Wi-Fi.
The iPhone 4S also sports an updated 8 MP camera with backside illuminated CMOS sensor offers new features like face-detection and auto-white balance., major improvement causes better color accuracy and more color uniformity with 30% more sharpness. Image quality in low light pictures is also improved significantly with whooping 73 % increase in image quality in low light. New iPhone 4S is also capable of recording videos in Full HD (1080p) resolution with real-time video image stabilization.
This phone is World iPhone, so, same iPhone for every carrier ( AT&T, Verizon and Sprint ). It also offers a new voice recognition feature called Siri.Pre-orders for the iPhone 4S begins from 7th October, and it will be available in the U.S.,Canada, Australia,U.K, France, Germany and Japan. The 32GB and 64GB variant will cost $299 and $399 respectively. The handset will hit the retail stores on October 14th.
